Our Roaster's Choice 2 Lb Box has three different 300g bags of our freshly roasted single origin coffees. Just choose whether you'd prefer to receive medium or dark roast coffees, and leave the rest to our head roaster.

Brewing ratio
For hot coffee, a good starting point is 1 part coffee to 15 parts water. For cold brew, we recommend 1 part coffee to 13 parts water.
Grind size
Ideally, grind just before brewing. Grind size will vary based on a number of factors, including brewing method. As a start, grind to the size of table salt. Tastes weak? Grind finer. Tastes bitter? Grind coarser.
Brewing water
Ideally, use quality filtered or spring water for brewing. Water temperature at 200℉ is a good starting point. Tastes weak? Increase temperature. Tastes bitter? Reduce temperature
