When will my holiday items ship?

Holiday kit pre-orders began shipping on December 7, 2024 and we are making our way through the list of orders. We appreciate your patience as we work as quickly as possible to get them out!

Can I ship directly to the person I'm gifting to?

Yes! Just make sure you enter the correct shipping address at checkout. If you're planning to send gifts to multiple addresses, you will need to place a separate order for each shipping address.

What if I want to cancel my order?

Stuff happens, we understand. We just require that you cancel prior to shipping. Once a shipping label is printed, we will no longer be able to cancel your order.

What if I order multiple items?

We may ship some items separately. For example, if you order a 2024 Holiday Tea Sampler or a 2024 Holiday Coffee Adventure kit in addition to other items, we may ship the sampler/kit separately.

Other items will be shipped according to their expected shipping times, which is listed on each item's product page. For multiple items, shipping follows the longest estimated time.

Can I request a replacement or refund?

Replacement and refund requests will be determined based on the situation, and we always do our best to be reasonable given the circumstances.

Note that holiday inventory is limited. So, for example, if an order was shipped to an incorrect address provided by you at checkout we may not be able to accommodate a request for a replacement.
