When will my items ship?
Unless the item description states otherwise, items are generally shipped within 1-3 business days of the date purchased.
For recurring subscriptions, items are shipped within 1-3 business days from the date your order was processed.
For rare subscriptions, note that we get beans from small micro-lots and may experience some unexpected "speed bumps" getting the coffee in our hands. We do our best to avoid these situations and will let you know if we anticipate your rare subscription order will be delayed.
What if I want to cancel my order?
Stuff happens, we understand. We just require that you cancel prior to shipping. Once a shipping label is printed, we will no longer be able to cancel your order.
Can I request a replacement or refund?
Replacement and refund requests will be determined based on the situation, and we always do our best to be reasonable given the circumstances.
So, for example, if you experienced a problem with a bag of coffee that was limited in quantity and no longer available, we will work together to figure out what solution makes the most sense.
How do subscriptions work, generally speaking?
For monthly subscribers: You will be charged each month on the date you signed up for the subscription. For example, if you sign up on January 2nd, you will be charged on February 2nd, March 2nd, and so on.
For annual subscribers: You will be charged on the date you signed up for the subscription and will receive one coffee per month for 12 months. Your subscription will renew one year from the date you signed up.
Expected shipping time: Coffee will be shipped from Stowe, VT, 1-3 business days after your recurring subscription order and/or payment are processed.
For rare subscribers: Note that we get beans from small micro-lots and may experience some unexpected "speed bumps" getting the coffee in our hands. We do our best to avoid these situations and will let you know if we anticipate your rare subscription order will be delayed.
