Story
d:matcha began their journey by learning directly from masters of Japanese green tea cultivation and production. This hands-on experience helped them forge personal connections with experts at every stage of the tea production process. Then, in 2017, they started cultivating their own tea farms in Wazuka, Kyoto.

Wazuka has become well-known in Japan for its production of high-quality green tea leaves. The unique terrain, with its natural fog that gently shades the tea trees, creates the perfect environment for growing premium green tea.

Houjicha is a type of roasted tea in which the green tea leaves have been steamed, rolled and roasted during processing.
