Your coffee adventure box includes six 2-ounce bags of coffee, and a QR code that gives you special access to Jordan's holiday coffee adventure videos. Brewing ratio
For hot coffee, a good starting point is 1 part coffee to 15 parts water. For cold brew, we recommend 1 part coffee to 13 parts water.
Grind size
Ideally, grind just before brewing. Grind size will vary based on a number of factors, including brewing method. As a start, grind to the size of table salt. Tastes weak? Grind finer. Tastes bitter? Grind coarser.
Brewing water
Ideally, use quality filtered or spring water for brewing. Water temperature at 200℉ is a good starting point. Tastes weak? Increase temperature. Tastes bitter? Reduce temperature

When will my holiday items ship?
2024 Holiday Tea Sampler pre-orders will begin shipping on November 22, 2024. The holiday sampler may ship separately from other items in your order.
2024 Holiday Coffee Adventure pre-orders will begin shipping on December 7, 2024. The coffee adventure kit may ship separately from other items in your order.
Other items will be shipped according to their expected shipping times, which is listed on each items product page. For multiple items, shipping follows the longest estimated time.
Can I ship directly to the person I'm gifting to?
Yes! Just make sure you enter the correct shipping address at checkout. If you're planning to send gifts to multiple addresses, you will need to place a separate order for each shipping address.
What if I want to cancel my order?
Stuff happens, we understand. We just require that you cancel prior to shipping. Once a shipping label is printed, we will no longer be able to cancel your order.
What if I order multiple items?
We may ship some items separately. For example, if you order a 2024 Holiday Tea Sampler or a 2024 Holiday Coffee Adventure kit in addition to other items, we may ship the sampler/kit separately.
Other items will be shipped according to their expected shipping times, which is listed on each item's product page. For multiple items, shipping follows the longest estimated time.
Can I request a replacement or refund?
Replacement and refund requests will be determined based on the situation, and we always do our best to be reasonable given the circumstances.
Note that holiday inventory is limited. So, for example, if an order was shipped to an incorrect address provided by you at checkout we may not be able to accommodate a request for a replacement.
