Getting Started

Your Cloudflare database is connected. Once the Wholesale Tracker data is imported, your actual customers, negotiated pricing, and order history will populate these sections.

Customer-specific coffee names, sizes, and negotiated prices.

Order Defaults

This section will mirror your Wholesale Tracker's Order Defaults sheet once we add that database structure.

Order Tracker

See when orders came in, Friday fulfillment, and when each order went out.

Invoice Tracking

Identify fulfilled orders waiting for invoices, unpaid invoices, and overdue accounts.

Movement Wholesale Management Customer-specific prices and product names will eventually power each customer's private wholesale ordering page.

One-Time Wholesale Tracker Import

This tool imports records into review/staging tables only. It does not publish pricing, create customer logins, or change the live customer catalog.

Sign in to the Wholesale Management dashboard in this same browser tab first. Keep the prepared JSON file private—it contains customer contact and pricing details.
Select the prepared JSON data file, then click Preview Data.
